Postcard of the artwork "Cécile de Envil," meaning "Cecile in the City," which depicts a Louisiana Creole woman relaxing in the French Quarter of New Orleans. She wears a red tignon (headwrap) on her head with a magnolia flower tucked in, which is a nod to the Afro-Louisiana Creoles of the area.
